T25 Reviews: Mostly Positive, But Some Valid Concerns

With T25 having exploded in popularity this past decade, it’s no wonder that it remains one of the most sought after at home exercise programs on the market. The 25 minute, no-break, no-nonsense HIIT Workouts are great ways to shed pounds, build lean muscle, and get in the best shape of your life. It’s perfect for anyone who doesn’t have a lot of time to dedicate to exercise, but wants to get in phenomenal shape. Buy Focus T25 on Amazon

T25 was great for me. I did it when my sons were in middle school, so finding time to dedicate to myself in between work and their activities was hard. But I wanted to understand how other men and women who did T25 felt about their experience. I try to be active in the forums, and sought out T25 reviews from the people that had success with the program, as well as people who either didn’t complete the 70 day program or finished it but weren’t happy with the results.

With so many T25 reviews online, it’s important to fish out which ones were for real, and which ones just wanted to promote another brand (it happens more than you’d think). Below are some common pros and cons I found online that might give you better insight into T25 and how effective it might be for you.

T25 Pros:

“T25 And P90X3 are very different programs”

I took this as a good sign, because like a lot of people, I did both P90x3 and T25 and I was happy with changing up the workouts so that my body never got used to one thing. P90X and especially P90X3 focus on different ways to build muscle through strength training and a variety of exercises. T25 is nonstop cardio and explosive movements that will build muscle, but are better at cutting fat.

“T25 will get the most out of you”

My wife tried a few T25 classes and loved how motivating Shaun T was during the workouts. Many reviewers echoed her thoughts and felt like Shaun T was a better motivator and made the workouts more fun than Tony Horton. Only having 25 minutes to work with, Shaun T does a great job at getting the most out of you and your workout.

T25 Cons:

“T25 workouts can be boring”

With only 11 workouts to cycle between, many people get bored with the program after a few weeks. Unlike programs like P90X vs P90X3, the short list of workouts you do can feel repetitive early on, making it harder to keep with T25 for the full 70 days.

“No weight training”

Some women have complained that they didn’t see results in around their “lower halves” like they were expecting. Men complained that they actually lost some muscle definition in their chest and arms. Without resistance training, users might not get the results they’re hoping for with T25.

I personally liked T25. I think there are holes in just about any at home fitness regimen, but T25 does a great job at fitting a lot of intense work outs into a short amount of time.  While there are good and bad T25 reviews you can find, the best thing you can do for yourself is to try it out for a bit, and see if it is something you’ll stick with.
