Set to open on December 22nd 2014, Aman Tokyo will be the first Aman property found in a capital city. The resort occupies the top six floors of the Otemachi Tower, offering spectacular views of the Imperial Palace Gardens and surrounding Tokyo landmarks. The 84-bedroom hotel will feature the expected Aman spa alongside a 30-metre swimming pool, cigar lounge, library and various dining options.

AmanTokyo  draws its design inspiration from traditional Japanese residential structures. Classic Japanese materials such as timber, Washi paper and stone are blended to great effect with modern technology and luxurious fabrics.

Private jet travelers have two airports to choose from when flying into Tokyo: Narita Airport (ICAO Code: RJAA, IATA Code: NRT) which is 60 kilometers outside of central Tokyo, and the more centrally located Haneda Airport (ICAO Code: RJTT, IATA Code: HND).
