My name is Jasmin Wang (Zhengli), this is the first month of my trading life.  So much to learn but I quite enjoy it.

Had another good month in May.  Sticking to my trade plan really paid off with 7 wins and 2 losses for my best results ever and an 18.8% gain to my account.  Volatility has been low, but I’ve avoided trying to take trades that aren’t there.  I’m slowly learning that if it isn’t in the plan, it shouldn’t appear on your monthly statement.  And, it shouldn’t be in your plan until you’ve thoroughly researched it, understand it and are confident that you have an edge worth trading.  Otherwise, you’re just taking a punt and that rarely works out well.

Hi Folks – Had an up and down month and still need to curb my need to be in the market and chase some trades but pleased with an ROI of 2.54%. Still need to be working on the mental aspect and keeping my head space where it needs to be to be a positive trader and not be beating myself up if I have a run of Stop Loss hits. Need to remember that this is part of trading. Also need to reduce the number of trades I do. Thanks and take care

Having reached the seventies we have officially retired that is me and my Faye, born in the same week on the same month of the same year. With 48 years of togetherness. My hope was that we would do a lot of travelling, however, an earthquake got us and the Insurance company after 7 years has still not settled absorbing a large amount of capital. Now we must rebuild our funds to fulfil our wish or stay home and enjoy our lifestyle. Trading over many years has been fun, however, I cannot add profitably. I have followed the advice of many including AB but to no avail. Now I have developed my own simple system which has worked okay on month 1 and much better this month. As AB has always stated and demonstrated, be consistent with whatever you choose, know the currency direction and trade in that direction. I ask 3 questions – What direction?, Where too?, Where am I wrong?. Fibs and Trendlines are my tools.

After a flat start to the year with 3 breakeven months and a 5% drawdown in March I was finally able to get a couple of 4 R winners.

Mainly using 4 hr fractal breaks with a couple of good wins longing the EUR/AUD and Gold I was able to make about 8.5% return using a 1% risk.

Now starting the 90 day challenge with a strict set of rules I will hopefully be able to build on these results.
