What does stop you from taking the action to move forward?
We probably know deep down exactly what to do but cannot act it out. Why?
Because our brain does not really like a change, it's easy to keep ourselves in Habit loop.
We are constantly making a small decision all day long, what time we get up, what to wear, how we talk to our partner, what to say, what we eat, how we eat..
We all can see how much change we can create in our life if we can make all these micro decisions consciously without being talked out by negative habit.
