Education Qualification :
Field Worker => Applicants should possess the 12th class in science and two years Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from recognized university (B.Sc Degree shall be treated as 3 years experience).
Lady Health Visitor => High School or equivalent with science subject and have a certificate course in ANM with five years experience from recognized university. GNM and B.Sc nursing candidates are encouraged to apply.
Age Limit: Applicants do not have above 28 years of age. As per the central government rules and regulations, the upper age relaxation will be applicable to the SC/ST, OBC candidates.
Application Fee : Nill
Pay Scale: Selected candidates can get the salary of Rs. 16,500/- per month.
Mode of Selection: The eligible candidates will be selected by the walk in written test.
