We are pleased to be informed that One of Our MNC client is hiring for Software Developer @ Pune.

Designation: Software Developer

Eligibility Criteria :

• No % criteria.
• IT/ Computers : Post Graduates of 2015,2016, 2017, 2018,2019 or before pass out year. (MCA, M.Sc, M.Tech, MCS, MBA-IT, MBA Computer)
• Graduates : 2016, 2015,2014. {BE- IT, BE Computers, B.Tech-IT, B.Tech Computers, BE(ENTC),Bcs,Bsc,BCA}.

Skills:

1 Very good programming skills in Java

2 Good Aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary

3. Very good communication skills

4. Experience combining analysis, design, development, and implementation of object-oriented (OO)concept based applications

5. The base location would be Pune

6. Willing to learn new skills

7. Willing to work in shifts and project-based travel (project duration can range from a 15 days’ time to a year or even more than that).

Job Profile:

Selected candidates will be Trained on technologies in IT Service Management Space (Remedyforce, Salesforce, Assurance, Remedy, Automation Edge, Splunk) for 3-4 months and then work as developers / junior consultant /support Engg. in the IT Service Management area depending on the training received.

Job Location: Pune

Salary:12- 15 K CTC per month

Project Bonus: 3-6 K/month (fixed, once deployed on to a project)

Shift Allowance: 3-11 K/month, depending on the shift allocated (no allowances for a General Shift)

Outstation Allowance: 12 K (applicable if moving out of a base location, i.e., Pune, for a specific project).

Interview Schedule: This week

Interview Process :

1st round:- Online JAVA programming test.
2nd round:- Group discussion.
3rd round:- Introduction towards policies.
4th round:- 1-2 Weeks training (No charges applicable).
5th round:- Training evaluation.
6th round:- HR.

Bond : 2.5 years.
