On 5th August 2018, Stambh 2018 was organised by CODE-Centre of Design and Excellence, a constituent body of Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur. CODE-Centre of Design and Excellence is an integral part of Vivekananda Global University working in a splendid way and is setting new benchmarks in terms of academic excellence and professionalism among individuals. It is emerging as a premiere institution for assuring excellence in the field of Designing education in the Country.

Stambh-2018, the annual celebration turned out to be another milestone in the journey of CODE-Centre of Design and Excellence. 

Stambh-2018 turned out to be an exemplary platform for Young Designers to showcase their skills and hone them up.

Stambh-2018 was inaugurated by Treasurer Of IIA Ar. Mukul Goyal . 

The event moved forward in gracious presence of Ar. Vijay Garg Vice President ,COA. Mr. Pratap Jadhav President , IIID and eminent fashion designer Mr. Himmat Singh.

Stambh-2018 witnessed a tremendous showcase of emerging talent as young designers indulged in various major and minor workshops and competitions including Jewellery Designing, Calligraphy workshop, Wall painting and so on. As the dusk settled in, all the eyes were set on the mainstage for the finale event. In this, the Vivekananda Building Science Centre was officially inaugurated.

Here, Ms. Rashmi Gupta Hazarika introduced ‘Yoga for Designers’.The Excursion of Capabilities were explored through a panel discussion with some of the apex personalities from their field.

The panel consisted of Interior Designer Mr. Pratap Jadhav, Ar. Nikhil Agarwal, Mr. Shantanu Garg, Product Designer Mr. Arpan Patel, Fashion Designer Mr. Khushi Ram Pandey and Film Director Ms. Keya Vaswani & Renowned International Architect Rafiq Azam.

The event concluded on a glamorous musical note and became memorable for everyone as the young designers showcased the colours of Fashion in a Spectacular Fashion show and grooved to the music of DJ Drip and DJ Nawaab.
