Top 10 Most Endangered Species on Earth

In this list, we wanted to show you the list of Top 10 Endangered Species on Earth reached their last days of life.

There are almost 30 million animal species on our planet, some of these species are on the verge of extinction due to over-utilization of resources or greedy by the human.

Hunted for meat, skin and other materials, governments around the world are fighting poaching and illegal hunting practices.

10) Arakan Forest Turtle

The Arakan forest turtle is so rare that it can only be found in the Arakan hills of western Myanmar.

Often identified as a blue macaw, Spix sour comes from Brazil and only 93 of them are been identified in total. It is a small macaw compared to other types, the medium ones on an average it weights 300gms.


6) Javan Rhinoceros

Poached by their horns, they are often used in the formulation of Chinese medicine and every kilogram (of their horn) costs more than $ 30,000 on the black market. Only 72 of them are left on the planet.

The Siamese crocodile is native to parts of Southeast Asia and there are currently less than 70 in the wild.

Their survival was compromised by the people who took land for agriculture, which affected the crocodiles due to the increase of the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers that contaminated the clean water.


4) Brown Spider Monkey

The brown spider monkey has received its name because of its long limbs, which allow it to swing and climb trees. Its tail is also flexible enough to be considered a member due to its precision and ease of use when used to hook branches.

This Dolphin usually lives in fresh water and found most on Yangtze River in China, With less than 20 Baiji in the world, it is one of the most endangered species on the planet because of the pollution made by the humans.


1) Northern White Rhinoceros

The northern white rhino is considered extinct in the wild and the last 10 white rhinos in the world are now protected in conservation centers in California and the Czech Republic.

These animals are so protected that they even have guards by their side night and day to prevent poachers from killing them.
