Introduction

Fisheries is the branch of Science that deals with the study of fish. Fisheries course deals in fisheries science that is the discipline of managing and understanding fisheries.Fisheries science and management courses are offered in both completely online and hybrid formats at the undergraduate and graduate levels. 1. Inspector of Fisheries/Research Assistants,
2. Sub-Inspector of Fisheries, Assistant Directors,
3. Assistant Fisheries Development Officer ( AFDO )
4. / Fisheries Extension Officer ( FEO )
5. Fisheries Development Officer(FDO).

In central Fisheries Development Corporations, they can apply for the posts of
1. Deputy Managers,
2. Managers,
3. Project Officers
4. Fisheries Officers

Even then one can also get jobs in agencies set up in abroad such as
1. Technical Officers
2. Assistant Directors Marine Product Export Development Authority (MPEDA)
3. Export Inspection Agency ( EIA),
4. Coastal Aquaculture Authority of India (CAA),
5. Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI)
6. Technical Officers and Scientists in Fisheries Survey of India (FSI),
