Organic, delicious, big portions and vegan cuisine is what you can expect at Alchemy. This vegan, raw food restaurant is already famous in cultural Ubud while in Seminyak it is still a hidden gem, tucked away in the beach-front Potato Head Beach Club. Their salads are amazing and big, too. I loved their vegan quiche that is served with a salad on the side and you better be careful with their cakes and cookies as they are quite addictive! The espresso is also great – one of the best caffeine shots I ever had.
