Beyond the 4th Cape Cod July Events Guide

Just because the 4th of July has come and gone does not mean that there are not other great events happening on the Cape.  From farmer’s markets to summer traditions to a Circus, Cape Cod has plenty to offer in July.

Visit a Farmers Market

Days vary based on Town

Cape Cod hosts a number of farmers markets throughout the summer months. They are an excellent source for local produce, most of which is organic.  All the markets have friendly vendors and a very relaxed atmosphere. The selection of produce and farm products changes from week to week, so you never know what goodies you might find!

Truro Farmers Market
Offers fresh-picked fruits and vegetables, eggs, humanely-raised pork, beef, lamb and poultry, bread and baked treats, chai tea, coffee, plants, lobsters, wine, mushrooms, and flowers.  In addition, they have a strong educational mission, and feature products exclusively grown, harvested or made on Cape Cod. This dedication to locally sourced products and education is an element that sets the Truro Farmers Market apart from other Cape Cod farmers markets.
