"I would recommend two things:
The property really was amazing and didn't dissapoint at any stage. Sure, there were hold-ups with the front desk, but in general, everyone's attitude was great. Ski valet made skiing just that much better. Rooms were well apportioned, kitchen was great, it all worked extremely well. We went bowling one afternoon, which was super-fun. Nothing that would improve the stay, the setup was excellent and super-convienient. The shuttle is very concienient and certainly helped make our stay far simpler in terms of getting around and to\from the market. Overall, very impressed with Breckenridge.
You guys - The only other important comment I have is how professional the service was from you. I thought that you handled everything extremely well and got the balance right between trying to get everything booked and not hassling us for info or decisions. Otherwise, everything was well organised and I appreciated all of the print-outs with all the confirmations on, that was great. If we come to Colorado again, which I think we'll do in a couple of year's time, I'll certainly use you and definitely recommend you to friends that I know are coming over."

"I just wanted to thank you personally, for all your help and kindness throughout the whole booking process. We had a great holiday, really enjoyed it and the everything went very smoothly, due mostly to you. Every year we say that the ski holiday will be our last but after such a great experience this year we may well do another, and if we do, I'll certainly be in touch as we'd be more than happy to go back to Lone Eagle, Keystone. It was so good to be on decent snow and we found everyone very polite, friendly and helpful. We did the snowmobiling on our first day and that worked very well; we all really enjoyed it. The dinner sleigh ride was less successful, because we failed to wear enough clothes (our fault entirely) and got very cold on the way there, but the food was very good. The lessons we had were excellent too, the instructor one of the best we've had and just what we wanted. I hope you have a great season and a very prosperous New Year. Thank you, again."
