My new Goal

So I've always heard how great Green Tea is for you. But I never really headed the advice, let alone tasted it. Then I found out with just 2 cups a day, of decaffeinated green tea, you can block fat production and lose weight. Or, if you already eat right and exercise daily, 2 cups a day can keep you from putting on weight.
