I am going 8 days of smoothies, all under 250 calories, using recipes from cooking light. My shopping list:
1 cup blueberries

1½ cup rasberries

1/3 cup sliced, cooked beets

greek nonfat yogurt


1 tsp light agave nectar

2 cups seedless watermelon

3 tbs fresh mint

Soy/almond milk

1 ½  medium ripe banana

½ tsp grated fresh ginger

1 cup blackberries

½ cup strawberries

1 ½ cups sliced FRESH peaches

½ cup nonfat buttermilk

¼ cup light coconut milk

1 cup chopped fresh pineapple

¼ cup chilled pineapple juice

¼ cup sliced avocado

1 cup sliced champagne mango

1 tbs lime juice

1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves

1 ½ cups chopped fresh honeydew

peanutbutter
