Did you know that there is an official Employee Appreciation day on the calendar? In the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom employee appreciation is always celebrated on the first Friday in March.

Showing employees appreciation can result in a company’s higher retention rate, not only increasing the productivity of employees but the company as a whole. The happier your employees are, the happier your customers will be as well.
