Zucchini with serrano ham and cheese


Today we bring you a recipe that you will love, it is very healthy and tasty thanks to the vegetables and Serrano Ham, and of course, the grated cheese when melted gives it a spectacular flavour.

- 1 zucchini
- 1 can of corn
- 3 oz of Serrano ham
- 1.5 oz of cured cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- Olive oil
- Basil
- Thyme
- Ground black pepper

Recipe:
- Wash the zucchini, peel and cut into squares.
- Peel also the garlic clove and cut it into very small pieces.
- Cut the serrano ham also in squares (we had it sliced, we put several together and cut it at the same time).
- In a large skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the garlic a few seconds and add the zucchini.
- Let it sauté a couple of minutes and add drained corn.
- Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper and stir well while sautéing.
- Add the ham, a little dry basil and thyme and stir well again.
- Let it sauté for a few more minutes until the zucchini is browned.
- Grate the manchego cheese and add it to the dish directly.
