Enrique's is the BEST place I have had Mexican Food in my life! Located in Long Beach CA, it is a small and comfortable place with bench seat booths and a pleasant decor that makes you feel right at home while you watch Enrique and family cook in the open concept kitchen. From what I was told, Enrique has not taken a day off in the 40 years he's been in  business! And it shows in the food. The sauces are magical and the Stew is to DIE for! The tenderest shank in a magnificant broth. EVERYTHING on the menu is recommended and even if you make a reservation, show up expecting to wait even longer. Don't worry, it's worth the wait!
