It is the movie tie-in edition for the film directed by Mark Robson, starring Lee Marvis and Robert Shaw. The artist: Unknown (to me at least)

Colin Forbes is a pseudonym for the late-Raymond Harold Sawkins (1923 – 2006). A British writer of adventure novels similar in tone and style to Alistair MacLean.
