As promised, I did a run-down of all the people involved in the production of a hard copy Book.  It’s pretty similar for ebooks, except for distribution channels. Instead of a printer, it gets uploaded to an online store (which has its own associated costs).

And of course, indies may try to tackle all these roles…    Though typically we will hire a cover artist, editor, and maybe even a layout person.
