Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Charlotte, NC remained the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,140.
–Huntersville, NC saw rent drop $20 to $1,050 but continue to rank as the second priciest city.
–Davidson, NC was third with rent at an even $1,000.
The Least Expensive
–Gastonia, NC stayed the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $690.
–Concord, NC ranked as the second least expensive with rent at $890.
–Mooresville, NC rent increased $10 to $950 but remained third.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Concord, NC had the largest year over year rental growth rate, up 15.6%.
–Huntersville, NC followed closely behind with rent climbing 15.4% since this time last year.
–Gastonia, NC saw rent jump 13.1%, making it third.
