The Hex Island was custom designed for school science labs. It provides seating for four students comfortably at a standing height (37”) work surface. The island has a large cabinet (36”wide) as its base to provide storage for any items needed at the station. The shape was inspired by the need to accommodate many of these islands into a classroom that was undersized for the number of students seats required.

The island is designed so that all four student can sit on the same side and face the instructor.

The Hex Island can come with or without a sink and with or without a gas turret.

The Hex Island is also available at counter height of 32” with 29” of clear knee space.
