Semi – Automatic Cap Warding Machine using Pneumatics
Ø Inside the cap of the plastic oil cans two materials are present,
Ø First a wadding a small circular cardboard like material
Ø And second with the foil used to cover the neck of the bottle after filling with oil will be present.
Ø These two materials are punched inside the cap in Plastic Manufacturing industries using hand effort.
Ø This Semi – Automatic Cap Warding Machine will punch that wad into the cap using pneumatics action with zero human effort.
Ø This type of machines is used in plastic manufacturing industries.
