Welcome to our newest video series, the Form Vault. In this series we will walk you through how to understand and complete various legal forms and documents. We start with the Petition for Probate, Form DE-111. This is the form that starts the probate process. Seven years ago, partner Keith A. Davidson prepared a video on this same form, which has been one of our most popular videos over the years. But the Form DE-111 has changed substantially from that time.

This in this video, we walk you though the new form and provide commentary on what the different sections of the forms means, and how to complete the form properly.
