This week I share with you 6 powerful ways you can market your real Estate investment smartly and cost-effectively, to reach potential clients in a sustainable manner.
You must keep in mind the fact that marketing has more to do with getting more of your potential buyers to discover or notice your business, and possibly develop interest in the products or services you offer.
Selling is what follows the marketing you have done. That’s when those attracted by your marketing contact you to make enquiries, giving you the opportunity to convince them to buy.
You need to use marketing methods that combine to generate good quality sales leads (i.e. prospects or potential buyers) to you.
The 6 methods I describe below, can work quite well, for you, if you set them up right.
I know this because I use them on a regular basis.

NB: I say “branded” ALL THROUGH, because it is important that you make the appearance of platforms you use, to be as unique to you as possible.
1. Branded Website
If you want to be taken seriously, in promoting your real estate investment business, a key step you need to take is to have your own website, with your own custom domain name and content.
This will be the foundation on which you will build your brand. Without it, you may find it difficult to set yourself apart from the crowd of others who do what you do.
You website will introduce you and describe the solutions you offer, and it will also link the visitor to other methods you use (all of them also linking back to it).

2. Branded Blog
This is where you may find you do most of the work relating to your real estate investment business marketing.
Setup a branded blog on your own domain name your website is hosted – and decide on topics to write about, that will interest those you know may be looking to invest in real estate.
Once you’ve made your mind up, take action to publish new and potentially useful articles on the blog on a regular basis. Generally, you just need to establish a particular interval – say weekly or monthly. And that would be okay, so long as you do not miss it too often.
With time, visitors to the blog will encounter the calls to action that you insert into the articles and eventually, some are likely to take action to subscribe to your mailing list by filling the subscription form you would have put up on the site.

3. Branded Facebook page
Unless you’ve been living on another planet, you most likely know Facebook.
It is however possible that you are one of those who are yet to find justification to make use of it. As a result, you probably currently do not use it for your business.
But then again, there are many people who use Facebook today, who do not know how to (or are not aware they can) use it to promote their businesses profitably.
Anything that lets you get the word out to potential buyers about what you sell, in a pocket-friendly manner is worth devoting time, effort and money to.
Facebook is proven as a VERY affordable platform for business marketing. However, one needs to invest quality time and effort to learn how to make the best use of it to reach potential buyers.
In the case of real estate marketing, Facebook pages in particular are recognized to be quite effective for promoting properties and other real estate investment solutions.
Take your time to design a cover photo for your page that communicates the value you offer and the solutions that can be purchased by your target audience. Then commit to publishing useful information and education on a regular basis, for followers of the page to explore.
Make sure that what you publish is only a preview, linking back to your branded blog and/or website.

4. Branded Twitter page
A lot of what I’ve said about Facebook marketing applies to Twitter as well, since both are social media platforms.
Again, you must make good use of the space provided. A cover photo highlighting key aspects of what you offer your target audience can be added to your Twitter page.

5. Branded YouTube Channel
That well-crafted business marketing videos can be used to achieve powerful marketplace reach and impact, is stating the obvious.
This is why video marketing via platforms like Youtube.com works so well for those who do it right.
Today, with smartphones becoming more sophisticated and advanced in capability, more business owners are actively adopting them for use in creating low cost marketing videos.
The truth is you no longer need special skills to edit and enhance videos. Many free applications can today be downloaded from the web, for use in editing videos you record on your smartphone.
Even better, you can combine clips from videos you have, with photos from your real estate projects to publish promotional videos that your potential buyers find .useful

6. Branded Email Newsletter
This is probably the most important method because it is a key channel for recruiting and subsequently communicating with potential clients.
All the other methods mentioned are designed to get prospects so interested in your brand that they find ways to connect with you -say by subscribing to your email newsletter mailing list. Others may choose to fill your paper form at events you host e.g. a talk you deliver.
These people would then receive the branded newsletter you send out via email to them. If you are consistent in delivering useful quality content through this channel, you will find that over time, some of them will reply to make enquiries or follow up with you about solutions you offer, possibly based on past discussions.
This is a very powerful way to keep yourself in the mind of potential buyers/prequalified prospects.

Final Words: Keep in mind that the above methods are not likely to yield success overnight.
Instead, most times they will require the business owner to invest considerable time and effort to nurture them till they reach a level at which they jointly work to yield enquiries for what you sell.
So, putting these methods in place is not likely to result in overnight success.
To boost your chances of success, you need to learn to use each of them right.
Google will help in this regard, as you can use it to learn how others use it, and even learn from experts who offer tutorials on what to do.
A key rule to remember, if you want to make things easy for yourself, is that you should find as many ways as possible to incorporate time saving automation into your use of all the methods discussed, and any others you use.
For instance, as I hinted above, you can setup your blog to auto publish latest articles to your website and social media channels. This will save you time and effort in spreading your latest marketing content to all the marketing platforms as you use.
