The family-owned dealership received DealerRater’s 2018 Consumer Satisfaction Award for providing top-notch service to used cars buyers in the Tri-County area and across the nation. The used car chain, with stores in Miami, Hollywood and West Palm Beach, recently opened a fourth store in Margate to accommodate growth.

Online Review Site Highlights Customer-Friendly Dealers

DealerRater, the world’s leading car dealer review website, created the Consumer Satisfaction Award program to let online car shoppers instantly spot dealers that provide high-quality customer service.

The award gives Florida Fine Cars a unique distinction based on the dealership’s high volume of five-star online customer reviews. It was an honor to be recognized for a third time for its customer service, Suid said.

The PowerScore is determined using a Bayesian algorithm that factors the dealership’s average DealerRater consumer rating and the total number of reviews written about the dealership during the 2016 calendar year.
