- Decrease of 6.6%
- Sales totaled 114 in 2/17 compared to 122 in 2/16
- Using a 5 year average sales were up 7.1%
Median Sales Price
- Increase of 18%
- The median sales price in 2/17 was $289,100 compared to $245,000 in 2/16
- 5 year average – increase of 10.2%
Average Sales Price
- Increase of 23.8%
- The average sales price in 2/17 was $324,989 compared to $262,498 in 2/16
- 5 year average – increase of 12.6%
Total Condos Listed for Sale
- Decrease of 16.4%
- Condos available for sale were 755 in 2/17 compared to 903 in 2/16
- 5 year average – decrease of 24.4%
