Shell, Petron and Phoenix announced that they will roll back pump prices on Tuesday, September 8, 2009.Beginning 12:01am, Shell will reduce diesel, E10, unleaded and V-power by P1 and regular by P0.50, while Petron will reduce premium by P1.
