Blame the Tories for Austerity food banks and Oxfam this is UK today. General Election Please

I make no excuses for the way I feel, I am disappointed on so may levels and over  so many things to do with life here in the UK. I still feel a sense of despair over the result of the Brexit referendum and that so many of my fellow Brits are closet racists. As I sit here watching Saturday Kitchen Ken Hom is cooking Chinese food. He has an OBE which he was appointed honorary Officer of the Order of the British Empire for "services to culinary arts". (wikipedia) he is an American Chinese. You cannot get much more of a mix than that American Chinese with a British traditional honour. Maybe he would have stood a lesser chance had he been Polish Chinese. Us Brits bought the hate and lies of Nigel Farrage and his UKIP party. Even spellchecker has underlined Farrage and UKIK so my computer shares my dislike for them.
My other dislike is Austerity. According to Google England is among the worlds most wealthy nations admittedly down at number 26  on some lists but wen are still a wealth county. Austerity was bought about after the banking crash of 2008. Much has been said and written about it found this on google :-
'THE collapse of Lehman Brothers, a sprawling global bank, in September 2008 almost brought down the world's financial system'. This bought about the current Conservative Government who in turn bought about austerity. Austerity bought about food banks and today I discovered a council in Scotland are planning to offer free school dinners during  holidays because some kids are relying on school dinners to ensure they actually eat something!!!  How is it that as one of the richest nations we have to feed kids at school to keep them from starving?
From BBC website article about school dinners in holidays
Food banks are fantastic. As a nation we are feeding the poorest and some of the not so poor. I cannot speak high enough about those who support food banks but the use has gone stratospheric and figures from the figures are alarming

The number of uses of Trussell Trust food banks has increased over this period from 41,000 to 1.2 million, but we don’t know how many individual people use food banks in total. The Trust estimates it had 560,000 users in 2016/17, but this won’t reflect the total number of people using food banks in the UK . The love and desire to support people is not shown by our current Conservative Government. The removal of support for some of the nations disabled and vulnerable is at the least despicable and because of these actions I  who have been a life time Tory Voter am now a Socialist.

The latest nail in the Conservative coffin for me has been the handling of the Oxfam crisis. Forgive me for the simplicity of sorting this out but the Government is removing funding from  Oxfam will not help the millions of people who are in desperate straits. Th removal of funding is POLITICAL and I use capitals because the far right want to see a reduction in funds for overseas charities. Most who espouse the charity begins at home are supposed christian Tories who want to skew money used for overseas development to prop up shortfalls in schemes here at home. Those shortfalls are deliberate reductions by government funding decisions.
Basically I ain't  a happy bunny and I am fed up with this nasty lot of Tories. Don't get me started on individuals because I try and keep my blog posts from being personal attacks so I will attack the institution of Tory Governance in the recent past. I for one want a General Election and a new Labour  Government. So I challenge others like me to push for a GE ASAP
