Description :

• Will be responsible for installation and maintenance of windows 7desktops and hardware maintenance.
• Should have a working knowledge of Citrix environment.
• Will be responsible for monitoring of logs, preparing reports for AV, troubleshoot issues Windows 7, Outlook 2010/2013 and other desktop applications.
• Should be aware of ITIL concepts.
