Description :
- 1 year experience in Helpdesk/ Technical Support with Customer Service background
- Each new call or e-mail request must have a ticket generated in ticket logging tool
- Responsible for running regular and ad-hoc reports
- Responsible for handling activities/tasks allocated by the TL/OM (including monitoring the Help Desk mail boxes during their prescribed assigned times)
- Responsible for answering inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Responsible for data entries
- Follow-up on tickets created by the agents
- Basic concepts of Computers & Networking
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook
- Knowledge on Active Directory
- Knowledge on Exchange 2003 and 2010
