The Recruitment and Employment Confederation’s Jobs Outlook Survey published findings that 85% of employers plan on increasing their Permanent Workforce in the short term. This large majority is the highest proportion since records began! The survey found that 30% of those questioned relied on Agency Workers to reduce costs. This is a stark comparison to the 69% that answered as such last year. 42% of employers are planning on increasing their use of agency workers in the next quarter.
