My advice (which is different to much of what you'll learn from most 'Internet Marketing gurus') is, above all: cultivate well-being and gratitude and offer a good service! Provide a service or product that you yourself would be grateful for.

Don't just 'monetise' your 'leads'... Be real, be human. Any machine (or software) can 'monetise leads'. Remember, you've really got something to offer! That's why you are alive! If you don't know what it is yet, then start asking yourself what you can do to find out!
