• MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR : Diploma or Degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical) with min 05-08 years experience as mechanical supervisor in maintenance/shutdown projects/turnarounds of oil & gas Industries.
• SHUTDOWN PLANNER : Diploma or Degree in engineering with min 05-08 years experience as shutdown planner with hands on experience using Primavera& MS Project for scheduling, tracking & reporting etc. during  maintenance/shutdown projects/turnarounds of oil & gas Industries.
• QA/QC SUPERVISORS : Diploma or Degree in engineering (preferably Mechani`cal) with min 05 years experience as mechanical QA/QC supervisor in maintenance projects/turnarounds of oil & gas Industries. Preferable CSWIP/AWS                 
• SAFETY SUPERVISORS : Diploma or Degree in engineering, 1 year diploma in Safety, NEBOSH/IOSH with min 05 years experience as safety supervisor in the maintenance of refinery/petrochemical plants.
• MECHANICAL/ FITTER TECHNICIAN : I.T.I/equivalent with min 5-10 years experience as mechanical fitter/technician in the maintenance of static equipment during turnarounds of oil & gas industries.
• MECHANICAL FOREMAN : I.T.I/Diploma in engineering with min 10 years experience as mechanical foreman in static equipment during maintenance/shutdown projects/turnarounds of oil & industries.
• ELECTRICIAN : I.T.I/equivalent with min 5-10 years experience as Industrial Electrician
• WELDER TIG & ARC, SS & CS : Min 5-10 year’s experience as welder with running card for TIG & Arc for SS & CS material with exposure in oil& gas industries
• RIGGER : Min 5-10 years experience as Rigger handling static equipment lifting & opening works during shutdowns/turnarounds of  oil & gas industries
• FABRICATOR : I.T.I/equivalent with min 10-15 years experience as pipe & structural fabricator in oil & gas segment
• MECHANICAL HELPER : Min 5 years experience supporting static equipment maintenance
• STANDBY MAN : I.T.I/equivalent with min 5 years experience as Industrial technician
