Acquiring only a B.tech or MSC degree isn’t helping to secure a good job anymore. Special training like SAP ABAP without proper experience is also not enough.  Yes! It’s true. And Shalini finally realised it in a hard way, when even after having the right qualification she failed to get her desired job. She completed her B.tech in software engineering from a recognised university and then she successfully completed her SAP ABAP certification. But even then, MNC companies did not hire her as she was a fresher with no experience at all!
