These 10 Disney Villains are Getting Their Own U.S. Stamps

So, which villains are getting the honors? The classic ones — of the 10, Scar is the most recent villain to be introduced, and 1994 wasn’t exactly yesterday. On the sheet of 20 (two of each stamp), the villains are arranged by their debut, starting with the Evil Queen of Snow White from 1937. From there, we’ve got Honest John from Pinocchio, Lady Tremaine from Cinderella, the Queen of Hearts, and Captain Hook. Row two has the (relatively) recent villains — Maleficent, Cruella De Vil, Ursula, Gaston, and Scar.

The USPS has been on it lately. They’ve been cranking out pop culture collectible Stamps at a steady clip — last year, they released Wonder Woman stamps for her 75th anniversary and Star Trek stamps for the series’ 50th anniversary.

The Disney villain stamps will be made official next month, when the USPS dedicates that stamps at a ceremony on July 15 during the D23 Expo. The Disney fan convention will also see a new Kingdom Hearts III trailer and more information about the upcoming game, so there’s a lot to look forward to there.

If you want to lock down a sheet of 20 for yourself, you can preorder one starting today for $9.80 on the USPS shop.
