Sending personalized messages is very easy while using Covideo’s software. Once the video is uploaded you will see icons below the video. Clicking on the Email icon will open up a window where you can enter the title for the video. After saving the title, another window will pop up where you can choose a template for the video’s landing page.

Video Features

There is also an option to insert personalized links close to the video. Feel free to select up to seven links. Here is where you also enter recipient email address, write the subject and insert the message in the body field. Did you know that just by adding the word video or Covideo in email subject you will increase your click-through ratio by 20 %? When all the information is completed, you will see an option to be notified when the recipient sees the video. In the end, you will get a notification that your video is being saved and emailed out of the Covideo desktop recorder. When you see yourself on the desktop, you will know that the video was successfully saved and emailed.

Email Sending

If you prefer to use your own email platform feel free to go to the video library and find your video. On its right, find an icon that says “Post links”. There will be a green CRM icon inside, which will take you to the link of the video. Just copy and paste it into your email and you are done! From this page you can also share your video to Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms. Please note that if you are an Outlook fan you can record and send videos from the program as well.

For Premium users, the final way of video sending is through the app. After recording and uploading a video through the Covideo smartphone application, there will be three options to send: via text message, email through the system or CRM. Click the preferred option and your video will be on its way!
