After checking on the updates for the SOPA and PIPA protests, foreclosure attorneys tuned in to catch the sound bytes from the Lincoln Day Dinner for the Palm Beach Country GOP, held in West Palm Beach. Representative Allen West took the podium and stunned some of the people with his tirade of attacks on the present government. Some of the audience members were particularly perturbed by West’s choice of words and so were the Democrats. Twitter was almost overflowing with reactions.

The Truth Hurts

Many people at the audience were waiting for this type of speech and understand the truth does bother some people. There were several foreclosure attorneys and other people who care about America who can see America being damaged by the current man in office.

How Allen West Ruffled the Democrat Feathers?

Allen West’s brutally sarcastic and truth-filled speech again brought the spotlight on growing concerns that American politics is increasingly turning acrimonious. West minced no words as he made clear to the Democrats that their messages will hardly strike a chord with people in Florida. The messages that West referred to are regarding “equality of achievement … economic dependency … and enslaving the entrepreneurial will and spirit of the American people …” These issues, sensitive as they are, will probably be the resonant themes in the congressional elections later this year. So, it is only natural that West will want to educate and even influence the public on these.

American Stagnation

Foreclosure attorneys probably know as much about the state of affairs in the U.S. economy as any politician. But they nonetheless felt that whatever be the state, it does merit such strong words from West. He addressed the Democrats—specifically President Barrack Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, and Debbie Wasserman-Schultz— and told them to “get the hell out of the United States of America.”Meanwhile, the public, people who care about jobs and prosperity, thought West was just doing his job.
