The occupancy levels in serviced offices have increased in the April-June quarter this year following renewed demands from the end of corporate. According to recent reports, vacancy rate fell from 3-4 percent in this quarter as compared to previous year. This signals a better occupancy of offices in India this year. The onus of it goes to small organizations relying more on hiring serviced temporary spaces.

Demand levels have increased consistently across metros and other important cities and the market seem to be more rational now. Fully equipped offices are made available to organizations that are novices and are willing to start a business. This has happened in the back drop that banks have started financing such small organizations for their growth and expansion. A surge in demand for executive office suites is seen in cities of Pune, Hyderabad and Gurgaon. Small and big organizations have regained in confidence and have started to acquire spaces in these markets.
