Manager, Chapter Relations and Membership, Fulbright Association – Founded in 1976, the Fulbright Association (FA) is the alumni association of the Fulbright Scholarship Program in the United States. Fulbright Scholars travel to 165 countries to teach, research, and engage in ways that promote peace and understanding. Returning scholars and other alumni join the FA to magnify the impact of the Fulbright experience by advocating for the program to Congress and by offering international educational programs: community outreach, events sponsored by 50 chapters nationwide, a national conference, and “impact” travel. The FA also awards the prestigious Fulbright Prize to world leaders. Previous recipients include Nelson Mandela, Jimmy Carter, Bill and Melinda Gates, and Doctors without Borders. This year, the FA is focused on expanding advocacy efforts, working with chapters to share the Fulbright experience with communities nationwide, expanding membership with clear messaging and Marketing, piloting a networking portal for members, developing an enriched digital presence in social media, and supporting chapters through development grants and other services. Chapter Relations and Membership will play a vital role in the success of the Association, helping to raise the profile of the Fulbright community, to drive membership and engagement, and to ensure the effectiveness of advocacy and educational programs.

Coordinator of New Media & Marketing – Marketing, Intercollegiate Tennis Association – As the governing body of collegiate tennis, the Intercollegiate Tennis Association promotes both the athletic and academic achievements of the collegiate tennis community. The ITA, which was founded in 1956, is comprised of nearly 1,700 men’s and women’s varsity coaches representing over 1,200 institutions, administers numerous regional and national championships and the Oracle/ITA College Tennis Rankings for over 20,000 college varsity student-athletes at NCAA Divisions I, II and III, NAIA and Junior College levels. Coordinator of New Media & Marketing responsibilities to include: Serve as manager of ITA Social Media channels (Twitter, Instagram & Facebook); Create daily content; Develop promotional campaigns for ITA national championships and events; Work closely with ITA member coaches and teams to share and develop content; Work with Communications Coordinator on promotion and publication of video content; Work with Director of Communications & Marketing on creation of posting guidelines; Provide real-time customer support via social media platforms.

Membership Director, NAFSA Association of International Educators – The Membership Director leads NAFSA’s efforts to acquire and retain members, and builds robust systems for identifying and successfully encouraging engagement in NAFSA programs and activities within the global higher education marketplace. The incumbent also manages NAFSA’s Career Center aimed at providing job posting services and a career development and mentoring program at the NAFSA annual conference. S/he is also responsible for developing and managing a career professional development program for members that is deployed throughout the year. Key responsibilities include: meeting/exceeding established membership recruitment goals; developing annual strategies, policies, and tactical plans focused on member acquisition and retention; develop, design, and manage systems to track market penetration, customer service impact, engagement and or membership trends; work closely with NAFSA’s data analytics team to collect, synthesize and analyze key data sources and trends; plan, develop and manage a multifaceted Career Center; provide timely and effective resolution to member issues and advise senior management on full range of member-related matters; collaborate with marketing team to appropriately reflect the importance of membership at the Annual Conference and Expo, provide orientations and tours for outside country delegations and other responsibilities as assigned by the Deputy Executive Director.

Development Associate, Rodney Street Tennis and Tutoring Association – The Development Associate position is an entry-level position that is primarily responsible for assisting the Executive Director to carry out the implementation of fund development activities for RSTTA. The Development Associate will be an integral part of the RSTTA team, focused on building resources and sustainability for our programs, and providing administrative support where needed. This position requires strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize as well as multi-task. The individual will be required to attend and assist with all RSTTA fundraising events, which may take place on the weekends or after business hours. Product Marketing Manager, American Veterinary Medical Association – The American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), a national not-for-profit organization representing over 89,000 veterinarians working in private and corporate practice, government, industry, academia, and uniformed services, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to serve as an internal consultant to our Strategic Business Units (SBU’s). B2B Marketing Manager, American Speech-Language-Hearing Association – ASHA is looking for an experienced marketing professional to support the growth of non-dues revenue for asset sales (product and recruitment advertising, mailing lists, sponsorships, exhibit sales and corporate partnerships).
