After several years of Flux, from $1 a Gallon in the 1980's and 1990's to $4 a gallon in the last decade, and now around $2-3 a gallon in the last few years - have we finally hit the right balance with a plus-or-minus flux of only 10% you ask?

It seems like it and I sure hope so...
