Remembering the Shyam Benegal‘s movies I watched over the weekend. Saw the Movie Trikaal, about a Portuguese Goan family story shot in Mario Miranda‘s 300 year old house in Loutalim, Goa. I won’t be forgetting this movie …… its embedded in my mind now. Also watched the movie Mandi and the character Tungrus (played by Naseeruddin Shah), will linger in my mind for a long time. This is a movie maker or rather a movie magician who does not deserve any award…. he has move above that and no award can match his caliber. Perhaps we should award a Shyam Benegal to the Filmfare ;)
