For me we are all customer in different ways because I think we all just produce money in our every day lives, just like a business man that buys a lot of material for their product that we can consider them also as a customer and that is part of their investment to produce a profit. Just for example the bake shop they need the materials and ingredients in baking to produce a lot of breads, cookies and cakes for their customers.

Customer service is normally an integral part of a company’s customer value proposition. From the point of view of an overall sales process engineering effort, customer service plays an important role in an organization's ability to generate income and revenue. From that perspective, customer service should be included as part of an overall approach to systematic improvement.

Customer service is the provision of service to customers BEFORE– It will introduce and offer first the product , DURING– we can already feel if the customer is interested or not by asking questions about the products or service, and AFTER- if the customer purchased the particular products or service. Its a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer's satisfaction that we are looking for, the feeling that a product or service has met the customer expectation.

But let's just accept the fact that when the customer is not happy anymore with the product or service that you offer they can easily look for the another one. And don't let that happen as a business man you are obligated to take good care of your customers, because “customers are money” they are the reason why you have this particular business and why it's keeping on going. So, just feel free to ask your customers about their suggestion or even complains regards to your business because that is the best way for you to know and to improve more.
