I just had to write to you directly and tell you that Chris and his team did a job on my basement floor that far exceeded my expectations! I’m having a hard time finding the words to express how thrilled I am with the results. The floor looks EXACTLY the way I wanted it! Also, I always want to learn from my contractors how a job is done and your guys were sooo great and excited to answer all my questions and take the time to keep me Involved step by step. They explained the steps before they were done and also invited me to watch as each layer went down, and when I saw the “muddy” step of the process, I knew what it was and thought it was funny that it did look just like mud! It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor.
