On Sunday evening I took part in a live Facebook Interview with Toyin Davidson-Ero of Property Pillars when I talked about ten essential tenancy agreement clauses.

The interview was OK as an interview but unfortunately, there were quite a few technical issues.  For example feedback and other sound problems, plus there was a power cut at one stage half-way through when we were cut off completely!

So if you watch the interview (which is quite long) please be prepared for this!
