The trust deficit.

The public is becoming increasingly aware of the way in which companies and institutions behave, partly thanks to the plethora of social media and assorted news channels.

Views are travelling much faster and bad news is the front runner as it affects people’s hip pockets. People quite rightly expect a level of Corporate Governance that measures up to the importance in their lives of the trust placed in these organisations.

Put simply the organisation must reflect the community they represent; otherwise how can you represent them?
