Chemical Description:
Isopropyl acetate is an ester, an organic compound which is the product of acetic acid and isopropanol. It’s a colorless liquid chemical with a fruity odor. Isopropyl acetate presents in red wine, white wine, soybean, cheese and beer and it is isolated from ripening blackcurrants, apples, melons, grape oil and other fruits. The melting point is -73 °C, the boiling point is 88.8 °C. It’s highly flammable in liquid and vapor.
