Which camp do you belong to — the one where employers believe work-from-home employees are watching cat videos on company time or the one where they are diligently working in a quiet environment and enjoy making their own fresh coffee?

Many employees prefer coming into the office, separating personal and professional lives, but many others feel more empowered and productive when working from the comfort of home.

With the rise of the work-at-home force, more studies are being conducted surrounding the effectiveness of employees who keep office hours at home. Many of these studies suggest that work-from-home environments offer less stress, boost morale and increase productivity for employees.
