Many folks have mentioned how they would've liked to have had an EPILOGUE for The Darkest Frost characters, just to see how they fared in the future.
Well, when I finished these books, I had no EPILOGUE to write because I'd thought I'd said all there needed to be said about these characters. In all honestly, I had no more story for them.
Until yesterday.
Strangely, I was making French toast when the idea came to me. It was so simplistic that I couldn't believe I hadn't thought of it till now. It was nothing earth shattering, groundbreaking, or jaw-dropping. Just something that reinforces who the characters are, and how they're living now.
So I'll be adding this brief window into their lives within The Darkest
I'll also be adding scene outtakes to the Complete Serial ebook exclusively. These are scenes I cut from earlier drafts for space, and pacing purposes. They won't be included within the body of the story. They'll be in their own special section at the end. BTW, one of these outtakes includes a brief scene in Xavier's POV.
All these things will be in an updated version of the two book editions. I think on Amazon they give buyers the option to download updates to their book purchases free of charge. So once I figure out how to do an update, I'll post an announcement here. Hopefully it'll be within the next week or so.
The EPILOGUE will probably not be included in the big paperback simply because of Createspace rules. Believe it or not, at almost 830 pages, The Darkest Frost, The Complete Serial, has actually hit their printed page limits.
I told you this book was huge.
