This little Irony is mostly for those who live in the Chicagoland area. There's a short interstate highway in the northwest suburbs call the Elgin-O'Hare Expressway. Elgin is a mid-sized suburb, while O'Hare is the international airport. Problem is, the expressway is nowhere near Elgin, or O'Hare. That's Chicagoland planning for ya.
