OP: Why did you decide to write this story?

Earl: Leaders find themselves in difficult situations all the time. It is part of the job. I wanted to share with others how to best handle situations that come up in leadership positions. I designed this book to help others through some tough situations and decisions while learning along the way. This book is designed to help leaders be someone other people want to follow.
